“Hotel Dana” – the company holding the website – processes personal data with the respect of the Privacy Code and the observance of the guidance offered by the Guarantee Authority for the protection of personal data.
The present information is given only for this site and not for other websites possibly consulted by the user through links present in the web pages of this site.
TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA AND PROCESS PURPOSE

The IT systems and the software procedures destined for the functioning of this website obtain during normal functioning some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols.

The petitioner has the right to oppose totally or partially:
a) for the legitimate reasons to the processing of the data regarding them, although pertinent to the purpose of processing;
b) the processing of the personal data regarding them with the purpose of sending advertising or direct sale material or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.
According to articles 8 and 9 of the Privacy code, the petitioner can exert the right indicated above through a request addressed without formalities to the holder or the responsible with processing, even by a delegate.
